Alpine Angling Fly Shop

Alpine Angling started in 1989 and merged with Roaring Fork Anglers in 1998 to better serve our clientele. Alpine Angling in Carbondale, is located right across the Roaring Fork River from Hwy 82, at 995 Cowen Drive in Carbondale. This location is convenient for fishermen going to the mid and upper Roaring Fork River, Crystal River and the Frying Pan River. The fly selection is as plentiful as the selection at Roaring Fork Anglers, but has a selection of flies better suited for the rivers in the mid-valley region.

Alpine Angling is also the headquarters for our Adventure Travel specialists. We can make arrangements for your next Saltwater Fly Fishing trip or you can choose to attend one of our Hosted Saltwater Fly Fishing Trips or our Freshwater Adventure Travel. Some of our guides, who love to fish salty world, will accompany you to one of our favorite destinations and ensure you have a great time.
